• One of Lower Mainland's foremost skating mentors
• Former Olympic competitor in the 30's and 40's for Austria and first soloist in the Vienna Ice Show for 6 years
• Came to Canada in 1954 and in the Fall of 1955 joined the Kerrisdale Figure Skating Club. The 2005/06 season marked 50 years with Kerrisdale!
• NCCP Level 3 Certified
• Has coached all levels of skaters and disciplines
• Many of his students have competed at National, Worlds and had 3 Kerrisdale skaters compete at the Olympic competitions
• Has also coached such skaters as Karen Magnussen and Toller Cranston
